The language of instruction of the program is English. Candidates are required to prove their English language proficiency with a language test accepted by the Senate. Candidates can apply without an English proficiency document. If they are accepted, they have to submit it at the latest on the registration date.
TOEFL and IELTS test results are not valid unless approved by YADYOK. The validity period of the exams is two years from the date of the exam. Students who get the required grade in the grand total of the TOEFL and/or IELTS exams, but do not get the minimum required score in the writing section, can take the TWE exam held on the same day as the BÜYES/BUEPT Exam and, if successful, receive English proficiency approval along with the TOEFL and/or IELTS score.

There is no English Preparatory quota.
Candidates can apply without an English proficiency document. If they are accepted, they have to submit their language proficiency documents at the latest on the registration date.

Second Education Master's Programs are paid programs. In order to complete their academic registration, students are required to pay the fee corresponding to the number of credits of the courses they will take at the beginning of each semester. Click for detailed information.

Non-Thesis Master's Program: 5.000 TL/credit
Master's Program with Thesis: 7.500 TL/credit
